Classical Ballet
Starting April 15, 2025 we are hosting Jonas Verwerft for a month of training in urban and contemporary dance - breaking, house, floor-work, soft acrobatics, and partnering. Dancers who are ready to explore and refine their craft, this one’s for you.
Hip-hop foundation
This class introduces the fundamentals of hip hop, exploring grooves, rhythm, and foundational movements rooted in street culture. Dancers learn different techniques while developing confidence, musicality, and individuality.
Contemporary 101
Our regular Contemporary classes delve into a variety of styles, focusing on versatility and creative freedom. Additionally, Floor Work helps students develop fluidity, control, and strength, teaching them how to navigate the space with both power and grace. Under the guidance of our top-tier instructors, students will not only refine their movement technique but also explore the emotional depth of the art form, preparing them for the demands of the dance world.
Argentinian tango
Argentinian Tango is an elegant and expressive social dance that emphasizes connection, musicality, and improvisation. With intricate footwork and close partner dynamics, it offers dancers a deep sense of rhythm and emotional expression.
Gymnastics
This class builds strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tumbling, floor exercises, and apparatus work. It fosters body awareness, discipline, and confidence, providing a strong foundation for physical and mental growth.
Designed to improve physical performance and prevent injuries, this class combines resistance work and mobility drills. Ideal for all levels, it helps participants develop power, stability, and resilience to enhance their fitness and movement capabilities.

Mary Katakura is a professional dancer and dance educator with over a decade of experience across classical, contemporary and modern styles.
Trained at prestigious institutions such as the Hungarian National Dance Academy and the Ecole Supérieure de Danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower, she has performed and taught internationally, including in Japan, Hungary, and France.
Mary is known for her precise technique, deep cultural insight, and ability to bring out each dancer's potential in a positive, rigorous learning environment. She currently works as a freelance artist based in Paris.
Musical awakening for kids
In this interactive class, young dancers will explore the heartbeat of music through rhythm, movement, and sound. Mostly Using their bodies, and some props sometimes. A space to express various beats and patterns.
Children will not only discover how to connect with music physically, but also take their first steps into the rich world of Arabic music, A guaranteed 45 minute session of fun where they’ll learn about maqams, rhythms, and traditional melodies, combining dance, music, and heritage in an exciting and creative way!
